Late Arrivals

If you are 10 or minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to a later date and time. If we can accommodate you, we will be adjusting our schedule by transitioning you to urgent care status. We understand that delays happen, but we do our best to service clients and patients that are here on time an prepared for their appointments. Please call us if you believe that you will be late for your appointment.

Cancellation Requirements

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call the office at your earliest convenience. Due to our schedules availability, we do require 24 hours notice for cancellations and appointments needing to be rescheduled. Failure to show for a scheduled medical appointment without call impacts our service. As such, there may be deposits required prior to future appointments. Any cancellation with less that 24 hours notice will forfeit this deposit. If canceled with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to the rescheduled date.
